How long does shipping take?
US, UK, Canada, and Australia receive free standard shipping in 10–18 days. Europe in 12–22 days. Middle East in 15–25 days. All orders include tracking sent to your email.

How long does delivery take? Standard delivery takes 7 to 15 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Do you ship internationally? We currently ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and most countries in the world.

My item arrived damaged. What do I do? Email deaurahaven@gmail.com with your order number and photo (s). We will send a replacement or full refund within 3 business days.

Can I cancel my order? Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After that the order has usually been dispatched and cannot be stopped. Email us immediately at deaurahaven@gmail.com.

What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay.

Are your products of good quality? Every product in the D'AuraHaven collection is personally reviewed before being listed. We only sell pieces we would put in our own homes.

Can I track my order?
Yes. As soon as your order is dispatched, you receive an email with your tracking link. You can check your order status in real time at any point.

I haven't received my tracking update yet. Tracking can take 3 to 5 business days to activate after your shipping confirmation email. If it still shows no movement after that window, contact us and we'll investigate.

How do I care for my products?
Care instructions vary by product. Full care guidance is included in the packaging with every order.

Do you accept returns?
Yes. We accept returns within 15 days of delivery on unused items in original condition. Email us to begin a return.
