Thank you for shopping with D'AuraHaven. We want your new pieces to reach you as beautifully as they were curated.
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details immediately after purchase.
Print-on-Demand Orders (Printful and Printify Fulfilled)
Products in our Fan Zone, Blowout Bar, Custom Gifts, and select Haven Home collections are printed and fulfilled on demand by Printful or Printify.
Production time: 2 to 7 business days before shipment.
Estimated delivery after dispatch:
• United States, Canada, Mexico: 5 to 10 business days (Subject to total estimated time)
• United Kingdom and Europe: 7 to 14 business days (Subject to total estimated time)
• Rest of World: 10 to 32 business days
Total estimated time from order to delivery: 5 to 32 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
Please note that these are estimated delivery windows. Occasional delays may occur during peak seasons, public holidays, or due to customs processing. We appreciate your patience.
Shipping Rates: Free standard shipping on all orders to the US, UK, Canada, and Australia. Free standard shipping on orders over $45 to Europe and Asia Pacific. $4.99 flat rate shipping on orders under $45 to Europe and Asia Pacific. $9.99 flat rate shipping to all Middle East destinations.
Order Tracking: Every D'AuraHaven order includes full tracking. You will receive your tracking number by email within 5 to 7 business days of your order being dispatched. Use your tracking number at 17track.net to follow your package in real time.
Customs and Import Duties: International orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties upon arrival in your country. Canadian orders over CAD $20 may attract import fees if shipping from outside Canada. Post-Brexit UK orders may attract customs duties on orders over £135. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the buyer. D'AuraHaven is not responsible for customs delays or fees.
Lost or Delayed Packages: If your order has not arrived within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us at deaurahaven@gmail.com and we will investigate immediately. We replace or refund all orders that are confirmed lost in transit.
