D'AuraHaven Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with D'AuraHaven. We want your new pieces to reach you as beautifully as they were curated.

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details immediately after purchase.

Total estimated time from order to delivery: 12–28 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Please note that these are estimated delivery windows. Occasional delays may occur during peak seasons, public holidays, or due to customs processing. We appreciate your patience.

Shipping Rates: Free standard shipping on all orders to the US, UK, Canada and Australia. Free standard shipping on orders over $45 to all other countries. $4.99 flat rate shipping on orders under $45 to all other countries.

D'AuraHaven orders include full tracking. You will receive your tracking number by email within 5 to 7 business days of your order being dispatched. Use your tracking number at https://daurahaven.com/apps/parcelpanel to follow your package in real time.

Customs and Import Duties: International orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties upon arrival in your country. Canadian orders over CAD $20 may attract import fees if shipping from outside Canada. Post-Brexit UK orders may attract customs duties on orders over £135. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the buyer. D'AuraHaven is not responsible for customs delays or fees.

Lost or Delayed Packages: If your order has not arrived within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us at support@daurahaven.com and we will investigate immediately. We replace or refund all orders that are confirmed lost in transit.
