Refund policy
At D'AuraHaven, your satisfaction matters. Because we work with print-on-demand and dropshipping partners to fulfil most of our orders, our refund policy reflects the nature of each product type. Please read the relevant section for your purchase before requesting a refund.
Print-on-Demand Products (Fan Zone, Blowout Bar, Custom Gifts, Haven Home POD items)
These products are made to order specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
• Buyer remorse or change of mind
• Incorrect size selected by the customer
• Minor colour variations between screen display and printed product
We will issue a full replacement or refund in the following cases only:
• The item arrives with a confirmed manufacturing defect
• The item arrives damaged due to shipping
• You received the wrong item entirely
Returns We accept return requests within 7days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Because our products ship from supplier warehouses, we do not accept physical returns. Instead, we offer a full refund, partial or free replacement for any of the following reasons: item arrived damaged, item arrived defective, wrong item received, item did not arrive within 25 business days. To qualify, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at deaurahaven@gmail.com with your order number and clear photographs showing the defect or damage. We will review your request within 2 business days and arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
How to Request a Refund or Replacement Email deaurahaven@gmail.com with your order number and a clear photo of the item or issue. We aim to respond within 24 hours and resolve all cases within 3 business days.
Refund Processing Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
Non-Refundable Situations We are unable to offer refunds for change of mind after an order has been dispatched, or for delivery delays within the stated timeframes.
